Adding Items to the Context Menu at Design Time

Adding menu items to a context menu at design time is essentially the same as adding menu items at design time to a MainMenu. You click the text "Type Here" and type the name of the desired menu item to add it. If the text "Type Here" is not displayed, you can display it by clicking the ContextMenu component on the Windows form. To add another menu item, click another "Type Here" area within the Menu Designer. You click the area below the current menu item to add another menu item, or click the area to the right of the current menu item to add submenu items.

One difference between a ContextMenu and a MainMenu is that a ContextMenu usually does not have a top-level item, such as File in the MainMenu.
